Wedding photography is an important an integral part of wedding packages offered by our chapel. Our chapel has a photography and camera policy to ensure our wedding couples are able to obtain quality photography of their wedding event at our facility while protecting our photographer’s and chapel’s rights to images produced on premises.
1. All package photography (those photographs that are included in your wedding package) will be done at the location of the ceremony (chapel or outdoor location).
2. Choice of photographs for wedding package will be made from the first set of photographs made where ceremony is held. The number of photographs in the initial set taken for package selection is at the sole discretion of the chapel staff photographer. Although quantity will vary based on the number of photographs in the package, size of wedding party, number of family and guests attending the wedding as well as couple’s wishes, package photography will most often but not necessarily include the some of the following: several photographs from the ceremony itself; photographs of bride and groom together; individual photographs of bride and groom; bridal party photographs; family photographs (typically parents, children, grandparents, siblings); guest photography (sometimes a group photo or others in accordance with the wishes of bride & groom). Please note that Bride & Groom choices may impact the variety, poses, and selection of photographs taken by chapel photographer. All photographs of bridal party, family and guests will be done immediately following the ceremony and these attendees will be required to depart chapel property immediately after this portion of the wedding photo session in accordance with guest departure time. Private photo session for optional secondary location and specialty photographs with Bride and Groom will follow attendee’s departure.
3. Your wedding package photography does not include any photography at other sites on chapel property nor specialty photographs made by our chapel photographer at the original wedding site or at optional locations in addition to the first set of package photographs. All secondary location and specialty photographs will be offered as part of an optional set of image products and made available for additional and optional purchase at your photo viewing.
4. All photographs made on chapel property and premises are the sole property of the chapel and unless certain rights of reproduction are offered and sold to the couple, with full copyrights exclusively retained by the chapel. Chapel reserves the right to place wedding photography on our online "Wedding Photography Store" for purchase by those authorized by wedding couple (by password protection) and to use any images in printed and/or online marketing and promotions. |
