Some of our Chapel packages may be done at the Secret Garden with slight adjustments as well as garden packages may be held in the chapel.  Ask your wedding consultant for details.

THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC OR DIGITAL IMAGE EQUIPMENT ON CHAPEL PROPERTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED 
 

Most packages include some sort of photography package.  Wedding photographs included with your package are taken at the location the wedding is held (i.e.: inside the Chapel or at the Secret Garden) .  Photographs are normally ready for pick-up a day or two after your wedding.  As time permits your photographer may be able to make additional photographs which may be offered for optional and additional purchase.  All photographic images are copyrighted by the Wedding Chapel in the Glades.

POLICIES 

Our wedding coordinators take a great deal of time preparing for your wedding day to ensure they make it a special day for you.  They handle all details concerning your wedding package including ordering flowers and wedding cakes, securing availability of the Minister and Photographer, making lodging, reception and limousine arrangements if necessary, etc.  We therefore require a 50% deposit to secure your wedding date, time and all other required arrangements.  The deposit payment method and date required will be given by your coordinator when you book your wedding.  Balances are due 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date.  Balances must be paid with a credit/debit card, cash or money order. We can only accept personal checks for balances six weeks prior to wedding date.  

Should it become necessary to cancel your wedding, our cancellation policy is as follows: canceling 30 days prior to the wedding date will result in cancellation fee of $100 for the wedding package.  If the package included lodging, there is an additional $100 cancellation fee.  Cancellation of wedding 30 or less days prior to the wedding will result in forfeiture of all deposits.  Refunds, less the applicable cancellation fees, can only be made after we receive a written notification of cancellation in accordance with the above schedule. Refunds are made by the same method as payment was made and will occur within 30 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation. 

If it becomes necessary to postpone your wedding date we will be happy to do so with written notification more than 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date.  For wedding dates postponed less than 30 days before the scheduled wedding date there is a $50 rescheduling fee.  If the package included lodging there is a $50 lodging rescheduling fee also.  Postponed weddings must be rescheduled within 60 days from the date of your postponement letter.  The original date of postponement (receipt of written notification) will become the effective cancellation date should the wedding not be rescheduled.

Only the above packages can be performed at the Secret Garden.

PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor weddings do not include any candlelight, unity candle ceremony or videography. The chapel does not provide music for outdoor ceremonies.  There is no seating for guests at the Secret Garden or Arbor Falls locations.		It is required that Brides, Grooms arrive at the chapel DRESSED & READY for their weddings in "The Secret Garden" unless specific arrangements have been made and confirmed with your coordinator.
Our hilltop "Secret Garden" is located above the Chapel. The walk to the pavilion is a little steep, but not too far. Like most garden weddings, guests are required to make their way to the site of the ceremony. Some limited transportation to the Secret Garden may be provided for the bride and groom.  Other guests may also be transported when ambulatory or physical problems necessitate assistance.
