Our wedding coordinators take a great deal of time preparing for your wedding day to ensure they make it a special day for you. They handle all details concerning your wedding package including ordering flowers and wedding cakes, securing availability of the Minister and Photographer, making lodging, reception and limousine arrangements if necessary, etc. We therefore require a 50% deposit to secure your wedding date, time and all other required arrangements. The deposit payment method and date required will be given by your coordinator when you book your wedding. Balances are due 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date. Balances must be paid with a credit/debit card, cash or money order. We can only accept personal checks for balances six weeks prior to wedding date.
Should it become necessary to cancel your wedding, our cancellation policy is as follows: canceling 30 days prior to the wedding date will result in cancellation fee of $100 for the wedding package. If the package included lodging, there is an additional $100 cancellation fee. Weddings with receptions and Ultimate Package have cancellation fees that vary (normally between $200-$300) - consult your wedding coordinator. Cancellation of wedding package 30 or less days prior to the wedding will result in forfeiture of all deposits. Refunds, less the applicable cancellation fees, can only be made after we receive a written notification of cancellation in accordance with the above schedule. Refunds are made by the same method as payment was made and will occur within 30 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation.
If it becomes necessary to postpone your wedding date we will be happy to do so with written notification more than 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date. For wedding dates postponed less than 30 days before the scheduled wedding date there is a $50 rescheduling fee. If the package included lodging there is a $50 lodging rescheduling fee also.
